Christopher Honeywell focuses his practice in the areas of Labor and Employment Law, Education Law, Civil Litigation, Construction Law, and Adoption Law. He has litigation experience in State Court and Federal Court, at both the trial and appellate levels. Chris advises clients, both individuals and entities, on all aspects of State and Federal laws. His experience representing clients in litigation from initial case evaluation, all the way through trial, is for all litigation matters including, labor and employment, education, construction, and real estate.
Chris is also an adjunct faculty member at The College of Saint Rose’s Thelma P. Lally School of Education teaching courses on Education Law for school building leaders and school district business leaders.
Prior to joining Honeywell Law Firm, Christopher worked for another Albany-based law firm practicing in the areas of labor and employment, education law, and personal injury.
While attending Albany Law School, Christopher served as a judicial intern for New York State Supreme Court Judge Eugene Devine and was Executive Director of the Moot Court Program. He was also an associate member of Albany Government Law Review and served as a teaching assistant.
Christopher enjoys using his legal knowledge and experience to give back to the community and has provided pro bono support to Albany County Family Court’s Help Center and to the New York State Bar Association’s Attorney for the Day program.
