Lauren P. McCluskey, Esq.

Lauren McCluskey focuses her practice in the areas of labor and employment law and education law and handles a variety of matters related to each area including student and employee discipline. Lauren has the unique experience of having served as counsel to both private and public sector employers as well as having served as counsel to public sector employees.

Prior to joining Honeywell Law Firm, Lauren worked for another Albany-based law firm practicing in the areas of labor and employment, municipal law, evictions, and bankruptcy.

Lauren is a graduate of Albany Law School where she was a Dean’s Scholar. She was also the Managing Editor for Symposium for Albany Government Law Review and served as a teaching assistant. While attending Albany Law School, Lauren served as an intern with the School Administrators Association of New York State and New York State United Teachers.
