Shannon M. Capozzola, Esq.

Shannon Capozzola focuses her practice in the areas of Education Law and Special Education Law. She advises clients on both day-to-day needs as well as long term planning to ensure compliance with the myriad of State and Federal Laws impacting clients, specifically school district and BOCES clients.

Shannon is a graduate of the Albany Law School Accelerated J.D. Program, finishing her juris doctorate degree in 24 months. While attending Albany Law School, Shannon served as an intern with Mental Hygiene Legal Service and the Rensselaer County District Attorney’s Office Domestic Violence Prosecution Unit.

Prior to pursuing a legal career, Shannon worked in non-profit and healthcare administration.
